Refund policy
Shipping typically happens within 2-7 days, but due to the handmade nature of our products, we receive new shipments from our mill and artisans every 1-2 weeks. Sometimes you maybe waiting for wonderful alpaca for up to 3 weeks. We WILL notify you if we expect a product to take longer that 14 days to arrive.
We do sell out of popular products and could ask you if you would like to substitute for a different color option or etc. We will always ask! Substitutions could be made if we do not hear from you within 72 hours.
We GUARANTEE that all items have been inspected and are shipped defect free.
Returns and Exchanges:
Exchanges are gladly made on new, never worn product at our store in Red Lodge. Items must be returned in new condition and we will be happy to exchange your item. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Returns on special ordered or custom items are only accepted on products that arrive damaged. This applies to our souvenir items only. NO Returns on all other items, only exchanges as stated above. You are responsible for all shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee could apply. Notify us within 7 days and return items to our store.
