Welcome to Sentinel Ranch Alpacas! We’re excited to ship our premium alpaca products straight from our Montana ranch to your home. Please review our shipping policy below.


Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • During peak seasons (holidays, special sales, farm events), processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

  • Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time; any extended timelines will be noted on the product page.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer several shipping options at checkout. Current rates are automatically calculated based on weight, destination, and carrier.

Standard Shipping (USPS/UPS):

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping:

  • Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days

Express Shipping:

  • Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier volume, weather, and rural delivery zones.


Free Shipping Offers

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.
If active, the offer will automatically apply at checkout once requirements are met.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update.


Local Pickup (Montana Customers)

Local customers may choose local pickup at the ranch when available.
You will receive a email notification when your order is ready along with pickup instructions.


Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS. Some oversized packages may require a physical address.


International Shipping

International shipping is available to select countries.
Shipping costs and delivery timeframes will be shown at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Taxes:
Buyers are responsible for all customs fees, import taxes, or international charges.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order is scanned by the carrier, it becomes their responsibility.
However, we’re here to help:

  • Lost or stolen packages: Please contact the carrier first. Then email us at sentinel.ranch@gmail.com and we will assist in filing a claim.

  • Damaged items: Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue.


Incorrect Shipping Information

If the shipping address is entered incorrectly at checkout, please contact us immediately.
We will do our best to fix the error, but if the order has already shipped, we cannot guarantee rerouting.
